Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. After shipment, estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, carrier, and other factors.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $65. For orders below $65, a shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to check the latest shipping status on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the number is issued.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return, exchange, or refund policy for products with quality-related issues. If your item has any quality problem within 30 days of delivery, please contact us and we will arrange a free replacement, exchange, return, or refund.
For returns not related to product quality (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
